the one with distractions

my sweet little room :
Hall 10
Block 49 Level 2 Room 936
Has a lot of inevitable distractions to study
The top 10 are as follow:
1. laptop and its complement, the internet plus msn
2. cozy bed and its whole family members: pillows, bolster, himawari, gunsou-san, fumoffu, penguin blanket
3. a sher to talk to
4. sher's collections of animes to watch
5. laundry job to do
6. a messy closet to tidy up
7. myriads of cookies and snacks to clear
8. beads to be joined together
9. the high temperature that makes you unwilling to do anything
10. dusty tables, wall, floor, shelf, displays

today woke up with whole body aching, can't remember the dreams that i had at all..
so my plan of having a diary of dreams failed...
because seriously..who will remember the insignificant dreams they had 12hours later?

PS:
The world's tallest man(2.36 m tall), Bao Xishun(54) who gained fame last year when he saved two dolphins by pulling dangerous plastic from their stomachs, married a 29 years old woman several days ago.

The findings build on research, published in 2005, suggested circumcision reduced HIV infection risk in heterosexual men by about 60%.

something new today: ventured to new canteen for dinner--> canteen 14

the one with stars in my hand

exam is coming...
people start mugging...
show time is here...
soon the moment will be over...
and everybody jumping
thinking "that's the end of my struggle"
what is left then is just this thing called...
H.O.P.E.

let's hope that this time everyone can do as well if not better than the previous exam.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up
It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed
Every morning a lion wakes up
It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death
It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle
When the sun comes up, you better start running.

In this speedy competitive world, if you are too slow...that'll be the end of you...
So i keep telling myself to stop wasting time and do something useful every moment of my life.

I have always assumed that Einstein's theory of relativity applies to daily motion as well
That's why have been telling myself if i am always on a constant move..I'll appear younger and slimmer (time dilation and length contraction) than the rest of the people.
Just did a bit research and found out that...this theory is only applicable at significantly high speed, ie 1/10 speed of light...which just breaks my heart!!
aaaaaaarrrgggggggghhhhhhhhh.........

PS:
The University of Rochester found men whose mothers ate a lot of beef during pregnancy had lower sperm counts.

Something new today: said "hi" to a tutorial- mate for the first time..sadly it's already the last 2 tutorials.

the one with the insomnia

past 3 days have been sleepless...
allocated sleeping timeslot wasnt used effectively at all

the results are:
lack of concentration
reduction in speed and accuracy
lethargic-ness
incredibly heavy eye bags
incessant nightmares
pessimistic thoughts
new year resolutions torn to pieces

i endured with it i guess..
i survived the whole day though..so i shall complain no more..

moving hall...moving hall...soon..
lalalalala...yay yay..
moving to hall 12..or 13...
both are exteremely popular..
but newer buildings than my current hall10..with the same cost..
and better security level..
and of course nearer to school..
but why some ppl took my happiness away...
saying it's not so good...
very hot...
so troublesome to move here n there...
must pack then unpack...
why why..
why there must always be cons to every single good thing in life??
can i just always look at the bright side of life?
will i be too naive in doing so?

this early morning (and i mean really early)..it juz came to me that my english has been transformed significantly ever since my arrival to singapore..
my singlish has indeed improved..a lot...
to some degree it's good...
sporean cant tell that i am not one of them...
but the downside is...the grammatically wrong singlish seems perfectly right to me..
and it will take me especially long to correct a wrong sentence tt i said myself...
yup..like in this case..."i said myself"----> overemphasis of "i"
this is badddddd..........

1 quite significant insightful thought tt came to me during my insomniac phase
some ppl can be weird...
but mayb they're not so weird
may it's me tt's weird
and i realised i have no right to judge
i should just accept them for who they are
or perhaps should stay away from them right from the very beginning
coz it's harder not to say anything bad abt 'em when u noe them
than not talking to them at all when u are yet to noe 'em
what am i blabbering so much...

haih...everybody always puts on his/her mask..
so how am i supposed to noe which is the real him/her right from the start?

speaking of mask...i am so looking forward to the Phantom of The Opera @Esplanade on 11th April..

something new today:
i haf a new plan ie i will study in school library til late almost everyday!! (for exam and quizzes or tutorials) which failed due to overconfluence of ntu undergrads crowd..

PS: intake of blueberries may be able to tackle bowel cancer

the one with something new

olalala...

everyday used to be a happy day...

but today is a not so happy day...

i stepped onto a thumbnail on the NIE groundfloor..

i juz hope tt i dun get 'tetanus' coz i dun wanna see doctor...

so becoz of tt my plan of playing captain's ball for F4 with indo ppl today is totally ruined...

i dun get to go...

and i'm limping wherever i go..

but it's not such a bad day....

it's still half-a-bad day for now.

oyar..few days ago i decided that i'll have something new everyday...

it can be: a new experience ...

or a new info...

or a new insight...

or a new dream...

or anything

something new today : i made a new blog!! and a new post for today...

This is supposed to be an entry for Saturday, 24th March..(from litasalim@blogspot.com)
